Add remote desktop client for user sessions in the Core

• Find a good remote desktop client (tigerVNC, remina, etc.) with support for:
  • Wayland on the client side
  • Xorg and Wayland on the server side
• Find good Xorg or Wayland servers for cages / container environments (wayvnc, etc.).
