I've done a deep editing pass on most of the chapters of the CIDER manual, correcting spelling, punctuation, grammar, and overall consistency. In some cases I've rewritten paragraphs and rearranged sections to smooth it out. I have tried not to alter any of the technical content. If anybody notices any errors that I have introduced, let me know.
