• Adds Codex plugin skills, hook manifest, and setup flow for Clone Loop.
• Enables Codex Stop-hook continuations through Clone MCP with confidence gating and recursion protection.
• Adds Codex apply_patch capture, transcript parsing, PLUGIN_DATA auth support, and docs.

Verified before merge:\n\n- pnpm test passed: 49 tests across 11 suites.\n- pnpm run test:mcp:e2e passed against remote Clone MCP.\n- git diff --check passed.\n- Codex CLI 0.128.0 reads plugins and codex_hooks; scripts/setup-codex-loop.mjs enabled [features].plugin_hooks = true.\n- codex plugin marketplace add C:\_jihwan\_github\clone\clone-claude-plugin successfully registered the local marketplace as clone-loop.\n- PR is MERGEABLE / CLEAN; no GitHub checks are configured for this branch.
