This repo contains a bosh release to create a version of the psql client which is compiled to support SSL connectivity. This is a requirement for connecting to Cloud.gov platform RDS instances.
The original version of this bosh release includes psql v15.12, to upgrade, follow the instructions in Internal Docs under Updating blobs for a release in the "building bosh releases" document.
