Major app rewrite that is more production-ready. "TalkBotAI Example" is now "Assistant Talk Bot", and talk_bot_ai_example repository is now talk_bot_ai.

  • Replaced example model with Task Processing API
    • Oldest compatible Nextcloud version is now 30
    • Updated Makefile targets accordingly
  • Added nc_py_api Python module as a dependency
