The `--id` flag is annoying

I see we did #7 but I'm not sure it was the right call

Here's how you merge a pull request with the GitHub CLI for example: gh pr merge -s --auto 881

Consistency is good though and the tab completion makes it bearable, so maybe It Is The Way

Yeah I'm not sure either, happy to skip the --id if it "makes sense", kinda ties into #6 a bit, if it's not specific it's even more important we have a convention.

Also not 100% happy with the CLI, it doesn't feel intuitive either for me nor for scripting. We need to re-iterate a bit on the usage. (Some non-json output breaking scripts etc)
