Trading API POST blocked by Cloudflare (403) – Static Railway IP whitelist request

Hello Cloudbet API Team,

Cloudbet Support directed me to GitHub Discussions for this technical issue.

I am using the official Cloudbet Trading API.

Current status:

✅ Feed API works
✅ Account API works
❌ Trading API POST bet placement is blocked by Cloudflare (HTTP 403)

Environment:

Railway (US-East / Virginia)

Verified static outbound IP:
162.220.234.242

Railway static IP pool:
162.220.234.240
162.220.234.242
152.55.180.241

Affected endpoint:

POST /pub/v4/bets/place/straight

Example Cloudflare Ray ID:
a1dcf2dc68070a7f-IAD

Could you please confirm:

1. Whether Trading API is enabled for my account.
2. Whether these static IPs must be allowlisted.
3. If so, could you whitelist them?
4. If not, what is the exact reason for the Cloudflare 403 responses?
