Request: enable Trading API bet placement for account GPsimulador (RESTRICTED on every placeBet)

Hi — I'm building a sports analytics platform (gpsimulador.com, ~1,000 users, Cloudbet referral partner, partnership conversation in progress with your team).

My account GPsimulador (uuid 89936cc1-0db8-449a-907d-50b29e8b5217) is funded (600+ USDT) and places bets normally through the website. The trading-tier API key works fine for the Feed and Account APIs, but every placeBet mutation on the GraphQL API returns betStatus: REJECTED / betErrorCode: RESTRICTED — any market, any stake, tested from multiple regions.

I've filled the API access form from the rebuild announcement (#170) and emailed klaus@. What else is needed to enable bet placement for this account?
