This PR changes the
Infrastructure\Persistencenamespace toInfrastructure\UnitOfWork. This is better as the namespace only contains the tools for implementing a unit of work pattern - and there's no generic persistence tools provided by the package.Also adds the unit of work chapter at the same time.
