Description

Adds a new demo app demonstrating a TODO application with MCP server integration using Scalekit for OAuth 2.1 authentication.

Features

• Full-stack TODO application with React frontend (Vite) and Hono REST API
• MCP server built on Workers Durable Objects for AI agent integration
• OAuth 2.1 authentication using Scalekit's MCP Auth product
• Dynamic client registration and CIMD (Client-Initiated Metadata Discovery) support
• Proper JWT verification using jose library

Changes

• Added demos/mcp-scalekit-todo-list/ demo application
• Updated demos.json to register the new demo
