Google Gatekeeper: Let agents find relevant Docs/Sheets automatically, without requiring a fixed per-file connection

Right now, connecting Google Docs/Sheets to the Google Gatekeeper means picking one specific file up front, and the agent can only work with that single file afterward.

Other Gatekeepeers (e.g. Notion, Slack) support a "workspace" style connection, letting the agent search across many shared items instead of being locked to one pre-selected item.

Proposal: Add a similar workspace-style feature to the Google Gatekeeper, so an agent could search across accessible Docs/Sheets and open whichever ones are relevant, rather than requiring a human to pre-select exactly one file — while still respecting Google's existing sharing/permission checks.
