Feature Request: Company wide workspace / workspace that every user sees automatically

Any thoughts on implementing company wide workspace/gadgets that I could "force" for every user? The idea is that we could build a "Company Home" workspace which contains news, tips, issues, links whatever as a gadget/gadgets and then "deploy" that workspace to all the users. If admin edits the workspace, it is automatically reflected to all the users.

When new user signs in, she automatically sees the "Company Home" workspace in the list.

This is a fun idea! We'd have to think through this a bit, and it would basically require observer strategy D due to scale/tracing constraints.
