Accessibility fixes welcomed?

Hi, I ran an accessibility check on Cloudflare OS (WCAG 2.1/2.2 A and AA) and found a handful of small issues: icon-only buttons with no name, controls nested inside buttons, removed focus outlines and skipped heading levels. I opened one example in #674 / #675 (13 lines, keyboard access to conversation rows). Would you want more of these as separate PRs of 30 lines or fewer, or should I file an issue first for each? Thanks!
