Functionality of self-built relay node for tunnel

Increase the official tunnel servers within China.
Alternatively, let's build our own tunnel node server, similar to Tailscale or ZeroTier.

Additional context
The internet in some regions is very poor, especially in China. Although it is usable, the speed is extremely slow. When can you provide the function to build self-relay nodes? This would allow us to build local servers to improve forwarding speed. In this way, we can use the convenient DNS functionality of tunnel while also improving access speed.

Similar to #1175, but as a leaf node function, eventually connects to the official central server.

Hi,
Unfortunatelly we don't expect to increase Cloudflare Tunnel coverage on China, right now. Regarding having a self-built relay node, it is not as trivial because cloudflared engages with multiple services in our edge. It is not as simple to have it running locally. Therefore, I will close this ticket since it is not possible to be done.
