🐛 `--overwrite-dns` doesn't work in the command `cloudflared tunnel route dns`

Describe the bug
--overwrite-dns, -f Overwrites existing DNS records with this hostname (default: false)
This option does not work at all. Hopefully, it will force an override of an already existing DNS even in the case of a short domain name.

case1: Second-level domain name. （short domain)
case2: Full domain.
