The original version was too dense in prose and wasted tokens on narrative and tutorial content that most people won't actually read. This version reworks the structure to be more terse and reference-like, with paths that better budget tokens and point to the relevant files.
By splitting the content up across multiple files and reducing the prose in the README/AGENTS.md files, we can make it easier for agents to find the information needed more efficiently (using fewer tokens) and without needing to burn through the context budget
* handles magic numbers * useful annotations (like KJ_LIFETIME_BOUND) * clarification on treating error changes as breaking changes

Restructuring streams and jsg README.md files to make them more agent friendly.
Move relevant tutorial content into docs, keeping the streams/README.md and jsg/README.md documents more focused and structured in a way that helps the AI agent more effectively digest them.
For tasks like
/reviewor use of the architect agent, these changes should end up reducing token use for these files by up to 90%.Builds on: #6130
