Flagship bindings now always use remote mode in local dev, matching the pattern used by AI bindings. The local stub (which only returned default values) has been removed to avoid a dual source of truth for flag evaluations.
remotefield is retained for backward compatibility (to suppress the warning). No new config fields added.
