instead for loggregator udp forwarder, we now comm. directly to loggregator forwarder agent. For that we added new erb templates to generate required certificate files. Also the default port has been changed from 3457 to 3458 now. Since there is no usage of loggregator in clock job we removed loggregator related configurations from it.
