tomcat-lifecycle-support,tomcat-logging-supportandtomcat-access-logging-supportcomponents will not be added todependency-buildspipeline as no newer versions appear since years. They are compatible with all Tomcat versions and have no specifics with regard tocflinuxfs4andcflinuxfs5stack update. These components are in the CF domain, if anything provokes a new version release for them the community will be noted.luna-security-provideris also added tocflinuxfs5, not added todependency-buildspipeline since newer versions are not produced.RUBY_VS_GO_BUILDPACK_COMPARISON.mdis corrected, especially theExternal Configurationsection which appears to be wrong as the same mechanism for overlaying tomcat configs is still supported in 5.x.
