Replace the internal codename "HTCache" with the user-facing name "full .htaccess caching" across all prose references. Technical identifiers (MaxCacheHTCache* directives, maxcache-htcache-watchd package/service, file paths, log prefixes, status handler output) are preserved as-is. Made-with: Cursor
