[FEAT] - Expose deployed PD version in PP Status

User Story

As an operator I want to quickly grasp (also via UI) which version of a PD is deployed to which Cluster

Description

Currently we only maintain a version on a PluginDefinition. A PluginPreset (and therefore the depending Plugins) have a reference to a PluginDefinition, but no immediate information on which version is being used.

We want to understand:

• The version a PluginPreset is referencing

Acceptance Criteria

• PluginPreset has a .Status.PluginDefinitionVersion field indicating the version of the PD it is referencing.
• [FEAT] - Visualize PP and P version #1997 is implemented
