[Task](supernova): Integrate new way of encoding and decoding

Task Description
The goal is to test the new way of encoding and decoding query string in Supernova.

Sub-tasks

• Use the new encoder/decoder behind a feature flag so it the existing one keeps working
• Implement a way to interact with URL, as in to persist state to the URL
