v0.3.0 - Fixed overwrite issues with multiple deployments

1. Added deployment name to uploaded files
   • Without this, the multi-deployment functionality broke if multi deployments were uploaded to the same provider.
2. Moved the naming of destinationFile from the purview of providers, to the mongo-deployment code
