This changeset adds a minimal build of Tailwind CSS v3.2.4 instead of using the full CSS. In particular, this significantly reduces the download size from
2870246bytes to just25419bytes, i.e. the previous version is 113x larger.This changeset includes some simple
maketargets to keep this file updated and to make sure the build fails if it is out of sync when the HTML or CSS changes.Builds on top of #92, #125 and clue/framework-x-website#29
