Make "Modified" a field and sortable in the History view

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I would like to be able to sort by the Modified field. It's likely that the lions share of processing is done at time of ingesting, but I'm finding myself doing a lot of A:B testing of models against existing docs. And finding those docs is not always an easy tasks.

Please keep open. It's not possible to track recently performed changes on documents, even though the information exists inside paperless-ai.
