Expected Behavior
If the network goes down temporarily, the client should survive. Heartbeats might fail during the outage, but once the network is restored, the client should automatically reconnect.
Actual Behavior
The client permanently shuts down, it never attempts to reconnect, even though it was explicitly configured to do so. In effect, enabling Keepalive "breaks" the Reconnection feature.
