Fit Tests

Somebody needs to refactor the current tests to use fit.

Ok Fitnesse is nearly implemented - but its in a bad way. I've done as much as I can to explain why those unit tests which run acceptance tests on all the calls are a kind of hybrid test. It is all a bit of a mess but hopefully we can show we know what we should have done. If someone manages to get the fit stuff working please let me know and I'll reflect that in the report before the deadline.
