The Open Weather Map API now requires users to have their own API key. I've modified the weather.py script to allow for this and print an error message when the key is not present. The error message points users to the Plugins page on the Flashbake wiki for instructions on how to get a key. If this gets merged, I can update the wiki to reflect this.
