Bumps all release-version surfaces (root, packages/*, native, pkg,
extensions/google-search, package-lock) to 1.2.5 and adds the 1.2.5
changelog entry covering:

- _coworker-paths discovery fix (move to shared/)
- better-sqlite3 hoisted to root dependencies
- /audit conflict → /audit-codebase rename
- otto session_start no longer races the TUI welcome banner
- gsd-health no-project line no longer duplicates the OTTO brand
