Description

1. CalibCalorimetry/EBPhase2TPGTools/plugins/BuildFile.xml uses OnlineDB/EcalCondDB
2. OnlineDB/EcalCondDB/BuildFile.xml uses OnlineDB/Oracle
3. OnlineDB/Oracle/BuildFile.xml uses oracle
4. The oracle tool links to the libclntsh.so
5. libclntsh.so links to libnsl.so (and a bunch of other stuff)

The dependency in step 1 appears to be unnecessary.
