breaking change:

there is no anonymous epidata instance anymore but it needs to be initiated with an API key first

epidata = Epidata("test")
apicall = epidata.covidcast("fb-survey", "smoothed_cli", "day", "nation", Epidata.range(20210405, 20210410), "us")
apicall.classic()
