- Change version number to 1.0.1 ("first PR" of 1.0.0)
- Change the news heading from 1.0.0.9000 to 1.1.0 (next release version)

Seems in line with the other packages. I can't actually preview the website, but that's true on the dev branch too, so I don't think the switch from 1.0.0.9000 to 1.0.1 makes a difference
