Is there way to implement manual exposure control? not full manual mode, but only decrease or increase exposure by EV to see bright or dark parts of image.

Sadly, there is no general way of doing this over the low level driver.

I need to correct my last answer. There is a method to control this: set_exposure_ctrl()
Is this, what you want?

Thanks, probably will be enought: set_brightness() and set_contrast().
I see these methods in some camera sensors, for example in ov5640
