This is a bulk update attributing OpenTelemetry contributions to Grafana Labs for 59 current Grafana employees whose affiliations were missing or incorrect. For each contributor, both GitHub noreply email formats are included (
ID+username@users.noreply.github.comandusername@users.noreply.github.com) to cover accounts created before and after GitHub's July 2017 format change. Additionally, personal emails are included in cases where requested. Grafana Labs start dates are derived from internal employee onboarding metadata.I've already spoken to all of these people via internal communication, but tagging them here as well for addition visibility.
