Following up on the Kubecon EU offsite discussion:

and the discussion on April 13th, we should follow up how to best engage with end user communities where momentum might be (already or moving) to other foundations. Examples with PyTorch and AAIF.
Things to check:
- Can the TAB have representation at these conferences? Do people have cycles/funding? Something we think we should try, but need to see how to support it
- Alternatively we could leave it to people to commit ad-hoc
- Ambassadors could play a role on this as well, we could involve them more for this. Direct channel with TAB/Ambassadors? Or using the existing CNCF one
