docs(wiki): add Onboarding page, route all links through linker1 shortener, fix OCI Vault claim (#73)
- New Onboarding page: first-day walkthrough (clone, run locally, tests,
architecture reading order, PR workflow, honest "0 manual OCI console
ops" audit table).
- Every external documentation link (12factor.net, LaunchDarkly docs, OCI
Bastion docs, OpenTelemetry docs, the SRE postmortem book, systemd docs,
the repo's own GitHub URL) now routes through https://1.n-la-c.app/<alias>
per the course requirement that all doc links use our own shortener.
Also fixed two links (linker1, linker1-github) that were already
referenced in Home.md but 404'd -- the aliases had never actually been
created.
- DevSecOps-Practices.md claimed secrets are "additionally stored in OCI
Vault" -- verified against every .tf/.yml file in the repo, no OCI Vault
resource or reference exists anywhere. Corrected to an honest gap
disclosure instead of leaving an unverified claim in place.
- Home.md: added a dated note that Cloud-Architecture.md still describes
the pre-blue/green single-VM model, pointing at docs/DEPLOYMENT.md for
the current architecture.
