Rebrand StormSim to CHESS; add Visualization page
CHESS = Coastal Hazards, Engineering and Structures System.
- Rename pages StormSim-{DET,JPM,LCS,PROS,PST} -> CHESS-* and fix all
wiki links and the sidebar.
- Apply the library rename across all pages: CHESS_Library, chess_* /
CHESS_* functions, chessProject, CHESSPlots, CHESS-Library URLs.
- config_reference: stormsim_input_file -> chess_input_file.
- Add the Visualization page and its images (pending from earlier work,
already linked from the sidebar), plus earlier pending edits to the
DET, LCS and PROS pages.

GUI Quick Start walks from an empty app to a hazard curve with screenshots. The sidebar is grouped into Model Architecture, Workflows, PSE Hydraulic Responses and Reference; Home links the new pages.

Responses: conceptual models, applicability and equation fixes
Every response page gets a conceptual model section. Applicability, units and equations are checked against the source: Kt for all types and 0 with no waves, Q_vol in LCS, LCBW equations, Dn50 duration in hours, R2p slope range, the nappe per TR-21-15, damaging depth from the offshore elevation (diagram redrawn). New PSE Hydraulic Responses overview and Overtopping Damage Classification pages.

Ground PROS EB1/EB2 and RB1/RB2/RB3 terminology in cited sources
Adds References section citing Nadal-Caraballo et al. (2020) for CHS's
probabilistic methodology and Melby et al. (2021) ERDC/CHL TR-21-15
Appendix G, which defines the EB1/EB2 and RB1/RB2/RB3 terminology that
StormSim's PROS code comments use verbatim. Resolves the page's prior
"EB1/EB2 undefined" caveat and confirms via source-code grep that RB2
(quasi-time-dependent) is not implemented in StormSim, consistent with
the cited paper's finding that RB1/RB2/RB3 are practically equivalent.

Add StormSim-PROS workflow page and Common Parameters glossary
Documents the PROS/PROS-FB frequency-based response pipeline end to
end, and adds a cross-cutting parameter glossary (Rc, h, Hm0, slopes,
gamma factors, Dn50, S, etc.) to the equations index so recurring
coastal-engineering symbols aren't redefined inconsistently page to
page.
