Move repositories to Codeberg

GitHub has degraded over the years since Microsoft's acquisition, first Copilot everywhere and now reliability issues.

An open source project should be hosted somewhere where AI isn't forced down your throat every 2 seconds and the backend is fully open source.

Codeberg/GitLab are options and also Fedora's Forgejo instance: https://forge.fedoraproject.org/

Heya! While true that GitHub's reliability has definitely been noticeably worse in the past year or two, moving to a new forge definitely takes up a lot of time and currently has little benefit to us.

While AI is prevalent everywhere on GitHub we are not forced to use Copilot nor do we explicitly disallow it to be used here. (As much as I'd like to disallow it we'd likely not, particularly as we're forced to use AI at Red Hat)

Some thoughts about the forges available though

• GitLab while having existed for a while is also bloated IMO and has confusing UX
• Codeberg (which uses Forgejo) is great but since it's a non-profit with regular scaling issues I wouldn't feel comfortable with the amount of data and activity our org creates. We'd also need to get Forgejo runners setup somewhere
• Fedora Forge would be a nice alternative given the tight integration between Cockpit and Fedora, but we also suffer from the CI issues with Forgejo runners. On top of that Cockpit isn't a Fedora exclusive product and is available for a lot of distros, locking contributions behind Fedora accounts would be weird.

So while it would be awesome to switch to Forgejo IMO, it's not realistic for us at the moment
