changefeedccl: core changefeed logs error trying to save DistSQL diagram

Describe the problem

When starting a core changefeed we see the following in the logs:

W251103 17:14:53.340967 64993 jobs/jobsprofiler/profiler.go:78 ⋮ [T1,Vsystem,n1,client=10.142.1.106:54952,hostssl,user=‹roachprod›] 299  failed to write DistSQL diagram for job 0: ‹invalid job ID›
