Description

When clicking the upload and parse button for the Mislaka file, the entire system crashes.

Acceptance Criteria

• Mislaka file upload does not crash the system
• Graceful error handling for invalid/malformed files
• Successful upload shows parsed results

Fixed - Ready for Testing

PR: codama-dev/clearplan-backend#17 (merged)

Fix: Added Excel file validation (magic byte checking for XLSX/XLS formats), wrapped the XLSX parser in try-catch, and routed all parser errors to 400 Bad Request instead of crashing the server. Invalid or corrupted files now return a user-friendly error message.

How to test: Try uploading a Mislaka file on https://clearplan.codama.dev - also try uploading an invalid file (e.g. a PDF renamed to .xlsx) to verify it handles errors gracefully.
