Problem
On time axes, labels are rendered along the axis and the last entry''s label frequently gets clipped at the edge of the chart, because it is anchored on the final tick which sits at the boundary of the plot area. The first label can be clipped the same way at the lower end.
Suggestion
A way to control visibility of the last (and first) axis label -- either an explicit flag, or the axis being smart enough to hide a boundary label that does not fit.
