Commit Title: Added "Auto-play next Short" feature (issue:#3380)
Description:
Core Logic (player.js): Implemented ImprovedTube.shortsAutoScroll to detect when a Short is ending (0.25s remaining) and automatically click the "Next" button, preventing the default looping behavior.
UI (menu/skeleton-parts/player.js): Added a "shorts_auto_scroll" toggle switch to the Player menu to enable/disable the feature.
Initialization (init.js): Updated init() and yt-navigate-finish listeners to trigger the auto-scroll observer on page load and navigation.
Note: Disable Shorts: Force to use the standard player option while using the auto scroll.
