First commit. Add node modules to .gitignore and add Jest as dependency.
test getDisplayMessage()
Add constructor and update functions in Hangman.js
…er) and isMessageSolved() methods
Add getPhrase() method, updated getDisplayMessage(), guessLetter(letter) and isMessageSolved() methods. Also in Game.js modified console.log(`Game Over! The hidden message was ${hangman.getDisplayMessage()}`);
