init a full omo on an existing porject

Hi,

Is there a way (or what is the best way) to have a completely custom project reviewed and restructured 100% in the best way for omo (documentation, memory etc.)?

I haven't used omo yet but it seems frantic. However, in every case my biggest concern is that if I switch to a new solution, it's not easy to rebuild the well-configured and well-structured workflow in the new new system.

Is there any good practice for this around here? :D

Try /init-deep, it's great, and you could also add some instruction for model so it could satisfy your requirements when generating AGENT.md
