Integer Support

To implement the function remove_digits the runtime needs to be able to handle integers. Currently the runtime just supports floats, therefore the context needs to be changed from protobuf values to an own implementation

Taurus should check if a Number is an integer and should by default turn it into a int if it has no digits ( or ,0)
