Command Link Return Type - Allow target _blank to open in new tab

Hi, referring to https://sharp.code16.fr/docs/guide/commands#command-return-types ```->link()``` return type

It would be great if you guys could incorporate an option to open the link in a new tab, for redirecting to external sites.

Love this package otherwise, great work!
