Add CSS profiles and schedule

See CCS Coordinator's post in Slack — we have the schedule ready and can create profiles (names/images) for prior CSVs. I'm not sure I have images for new CSVs but I'll create at least a draft PR with the outline first and then I can follow up with the Accessibility committee if need to be to get the images and alt text. I will work on this this week (3/3).
