Switch to Vite

I also had never seen that previous mr :) , i just wanted to try it because vite is so much faster and i use it for all my other projects

Okay, if you've already done the work for it then we could attach issue to it. I reached out to @joshreisner a couple weeks back. Josh and others had implemented it in the past and it worked fine, but broke for end users.

Interesting I wonder what broke. I had done a diff on the two and only changes I saw were the top lines where css is injected and that was just due to difference in how the two libraries injected css
