[NGO Admin; Specialist/ Cazuri/ Echipa de caz] update "Echipa de caz" section

Implement the following updates on the "Echipa de caz" section:

1. Update the add member modal screen title to "Adaugă membru în echipă" (see design)

2. Update the edit member modal screen title to "Modifică membru în echipă" (see design)

3. Update the edit permissions as follows: once a case member is added, the user can only edit the specialist (Nume specialist), not the role (Rol in echipa de caz) (see design)

4. Change the "Adauga specialist" button label to "Adaugă membru echipă"

5. IF the specialist has no role attributed to them in the Staff section (e.g. the Ngo admin user) then they will be added in the case team with the role "Luare în evidență caz" (because at the end of the case registration flow, the only available checkbox will be "Specialistul înregistrează cazul, dar nu are alt rol în echipa de caz" -> Related issue: Implement "Definește rol în echipa cazului" modal screen at the end of the Case registration flow  #218)

Rolul "Luare în evidență caz" nu apare in cardul Echipa de caz din pagina case overview

Luare evidenta apare in card, dar nu apare in disabled input field cand se face click pe Modifica - Input field should read Luare in evidenta like any other role.
