[NGO Admin; Specialist/ Cazuri/ Date identitate/ Identitate copii] Update DOB and age fields for children table

In the Identitate copii/ children repeater table, the first field should be Data nasterii and the second one should be Varsta. The value in Varsta field is calculated base on the date entered in the Data nasterii field.
Varsta field is not editable.
